How much notice do you need to schedule a catered event?
K-Mac Catering requires 48 hours of advance notice. Popular dates during Holiday and Wedding seasons become booked quickly. We take a limited number of catering jobs on each date, therefore scheduling early will insure K-Mac will be available to cater your event.
Does K-Mac Catering require a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure the date of your event. The deposit is applied to the final balance.
When is my final guest count due?
Your final guest count is due 7 days prior to your event. (If booked within 7 days of your event, final count is due at booking)
When is my final payment due?
Your final payment is due on or before the date of your event, unless prior arrangements have been made.
What forms of Payment does K-Mac Catering accept?
We accept all forms of payment. Cash, Check or Credit Cards.
How do I get pricing for my specific event?
Please contact our office to discuss your event. Each event is customized to meet your budget, menu and service requirements.
Are you a Licensed Caterer?
Yes, we are licensed in the States of Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma.
Can K-Mac Catering bartend and serve alcohol at my event?
K-Mac Catering does not carry a Liquor License but does have a list of Recommended Licensed Bartending Services to handle that portion of your event. Because we do not have a Liquor License, K-Mac Catering is not able to serve or service any portion of alcohol at events.
What happens to left-overs from my event?
K-Mac Catering brings To-Go Containers for your convenience. If you do not desire the Left-Overs, we will be happy to donate them to a charity that accepts food donations, in your name.
